Jet - Pulse Filter Ssytem
Jet-Pulse filter systems are compact and highly efficient systems that are frequently used in the industry. Cartridge filter units provide advantages both in terms of filtering surface area and the area they cover. The system automatically cleans the filter by means of compressed air and ensures high filter efficiency during operation.
The exhaust air in the Jet-Pulse filter system can be returned to the internal environment of the factory or it can be thrown out through the chimney.

The principle of operation can be defined as collecting dust particles flying in the filter unit with the air moving from the cabin ceiling to the floor. During this process, exhaust air from the cabin is complemented by natural suction windows on the ceiling of the cabin, and continuous negative pressure is created inside the sander cabin. As a result, dust transport from the system to the factory or other cabinets in the surrounding area is prevented. The air movement is continuously from the outside of the cabin and there is a linear movement in the event that the doors remain closed.
