Wet Paint Ovens

Wet Paint Ovens
It is an equipment for industrial purposes where curing processes are used after painting processes in wet paint applications.
In general, it is classified in three main categories as Tunnel Type, Internal Return and Box type, but it can be produced in different types depending on the needs and settlement options.
Wet Paint Plants
Wet Paint Drying Cabin
It is the room where the parts whose painting processes are completed are kept for curing. The system is in the way that the hot air passes through the surface of the part by providing horizontal movement and thus curing occurs without damaging the paint quality.
For this purpose, hot air is sent to the room through the plenum, which is created to provide homogeneous and linear air movement along the entrance wall inside the room, and returns to the heating unit through the circulation windows existing homogeneously and linearly on the opposite wall. The solvent vapor formed during curing is absorbed by the channels that go down to the floor at the edges of the room and is removed.
Thermoblok (Heating Unit)
Heating exchangers are designed on the basis of maximum efficiency, minimum fuel consumption. Our thermoblocks mounted in the middle of the furnace can increase the furnace temperature from ambient temperature to +250 ºC. The heating exchangers are made of 3mm thickness AISI 309/310 quality STAINLESS STEEL material and last up to 1200 ºC. The smoke pipes used are steel drawn seamless smoke pipes.
The combustion chamber is insulated by 150 mm ROCK WOOL filled panels. There is an intervention cover for the combustion chamber against thermoblock failures. The combustion efficiency is controlled by the peep hole on the thermoblock. There is a gas blast outlet hole against gas jams. There are fans that provide the circulation of the heat produced on the unit, and the air that is absorbed through the oven is heated through the suction window and the temperature is raised to the desired values by pressing it again into the oven.
