It is based on the principle that the workpiece to be fired in Tunnel Type Teflon Cooking Ovens is hung on the oven conveyor and fired at 400 ºC -460 ºC. In Teflon ovens, you can also burn your aluminized trays or pans.

Teflon Cooking and Drying Ovens are specially designed with our expert engineering staff. Our Teflon Coating Furnaces are also manufactured as assembled. Thanks to this feature, it can be easily assembled and moved to other areas if desired.

Heating Unit

Heating coils are designed on the basis of maximum efficiency and minimum fuel consumption. Thanks to the specially designed heating coil made of specially imported inconel 601 or 310S cr-ni cr material mounted inside the oven, the oven temperature can be increased from ambient temperature to +500 ºC. The oven is PLC controlled. The number of PROCESS BEGs used vary according to the size of the oven and kg.
