Enamel Baking Ovens

Tunnel Type Enamel Cooking Ovens are based on the principle of hanging the workpiece to be fired on the oven conveyor and firing at 850 C. These types of furnaces are internally rotating furnaces, after the workpiece is hung on the conveyor, it is provided to be fired or dried while traveling at a certain speed according to the thickness and m2 area of ​​the part.

Tunnel Type Enamel Cooking and Drying Ovens are specially designed with our expert engineering staff. Our Tunnel Type Enamel Cooking and Drying Ovens are also manufactured as assembled. Thanks to this feature, it can be easily assembled and moved to other areas if desired.

Heating Unit

Heating coils are designed on the basis of maximum efficiency and minimum fuel consumption. Thanks to the specially designed heating coil made of specially imported inconel 601 or 310S cr-ni cr material mounted inside the oven, the oven temperature is increased from the ambient temperature to +850 C. The oven is PLC controlled. The number of PROCESS BEGs used vary according to the size of the oven and kg.

TUNNEL TYPE COOKING OVENS

Tunnel Type Enamel Cooking Ovens are also manufactured assembled by being installed on a chassis. The part coming to the interior of the furnace is made of 1260 ˚C resistant 300mm Ceramic Wool and 50mm Rock Wool.

Oven outer hair is coated with electrostatic powder paint and corrosion resistance is increased. Baking oven panels are insulated with 350mm insulation material as standard. Due to this insulation feature in the enamel furnace, the heat losses do not exceed the ambient temperature (± 20) degrees. In this way, our cooking furnaces consume less fuel and do not heat the working environment more than necessary. There are specially designed air curtain fans at the entrance of the oven, thus saving is provided by preventing unnecessary heat losses.

Temperature control is done by a Thermocouple placed in the oven. Tunnel Type Enamel Baking Ovens automatically signal when it reaches the desired temperature and can be adjusted up to 0-850 ° C by means of the digital clock on the temperature control panel.

Enamel Application; It is divided into two as Wet Enamel and Powder Enamel.

Wet Enamel Application: It is generally applied if there are plenty of indents and protrusions on the product. It is also possible to see in products where powder enamel does not show adhesion. Wet Enamel Furnaces are supported by Immersion Type Wet Enamel Cabinets and Spray Type Wet Enamel Cabinets. Enamel process inside the boiler is applied with wet enamel. The boiler is supported with enamel mixers and after preheating, the enamel is expected to complete its reaction in 850 degree furnaces.

Powder Enamel Application; Enamelling of many everyday materials is possible with powder enamel. If Powder Enamel Application is made with Robotic Enamel Application for flat parts and parts with less protrusion, it increases the product quality by showing a homogeneous distribution. This application is healthier than wet enamel. It has higher strength and is easier to recycle.
