Water Curtain Wet Paint Cab
Superdeli wet paint booths are one of the most frequently used paint equipment in wood, plastic and metal industries. Thanks to these cabinets, solvent and paint particles emitted to the environment during paint application are exhausted without spreading to the working environment, thus creating a healthier working environment.
The cabin has a double water curtain on the side wall, and the waterfall construction can be easily removed by means of pistons, so that maintenance and cleaning can be done easily. The floor of the cabin has double water curtain, which creates air and therefore water passage over each other, and ensures that the air distribution and thus the exhaust are homogeneous within the cabin.
Air suction is constantly in the direction of the water curtain, and the paint that flies during the paint application moves towards the waterfall. The determined air velocity and pressure were selected in the capacity to move these flying particles down to the waterfall.
Cabin floor is covered with grilles. While the water circulated continuously by the pump does not allow accumulation and collapse, it should be cleaned frequently and care should be taken to ensure that the paint booth is as it was on the first day.
Flash - Off Cabin
It is the cabinet compartment that will be used to ensure that the paint applied on the surface of the part after the paint application is separated from the surface without damaging the paint quality of the solvent and / or water molecules contained in it.
The air requirement required for this cabin is provided by the positive pressure fan used for the cabin, since the same conditions must be created as the wet paint booth. In this way, since the same conditions are met not only in terms of temperature but also in the amount of moisture, controlled solvent output is provided and the curing process starts without changing the paint surface quality.
Dry Type Filtered Wet Paint Cabin
The general working principle and the conditions chosen during the application are the same as the water curtain wet paint booth. Since there is no such thing as water to be avoided during the application, it is possible to use the interior space of the cabin more efficiently. Handling of paint particles is carried out by means of special paint holding filters.
Air movement inside the cabin is determined to be east from the fresh air hood to the filters. In this way, particles flying during the paint application turn to the filters and leave the environment without disturbing the operator.
Since the cabin is constantly fed with fresh air, working conditions never become negative and do not endanger worker health.
There is no need for waste water treatment as paint retention is done through filters. Again, since the system does not contain water, it does not require the use of stainless steel as a building material and does not require pump, water circuit, washing nozzle sub equipment. As mentioned above, since the area of use is more efficient, the cabin dimensions are smaller than the water curtain wet cabin and therefore both exhaust and fresh air capacity are chosen smaller. This in general ensures that all sub-equipment to be selected has low capacities and the overall investment cost remains low.

Both side walls and cabin floor will be covered with filters in the cabin. The cabin can operate in the drying position in its current state, so that the cabin can move to the circulation position by a valve to be placed between the fresh air discharge line and the exhaust suction line after the painting position.
Paint Preparation Cabin
Paint preparation cabin is a cabin where different types of paint to be used in wet paint application are prepared and created for relatively storage.
Paint preparation bench, mixers, paint transfer equipment and other auxiliary equipment are arranged in the cabin.
